Trainers

The Martasya Yoga Academy (MYA) has two highly dedicated teachers with expertise in their respective fields. They are Martin Elianto and Tasya Dante, who are the Lead Trainers and will provide direct yoga lessons, including yoga asanas training, yoga philosophy, yoga anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical teaching of yoga.

 

Martin and Tasya began their careers as yoga teachers in early 2012 at Martasya Yoga Shala Bogor and a large gym in the city of Bogor. Martin and Tasya have been studying various types of yoga from the beginning, eventually focusing on Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, which they developed into STHIRA YOGA in 2020. Sthira Yoga is a unique collaboration of somatic movements, hatha yoga, and vinyasa yoga to achieve a meditative and maximum yoga practice for the health of the mind, body, and soul.

 

In 2016, Martin and Tasya traveled to Frankfurt, Germany to study INSIDE FLOW YOGA, created by Master Young Ho Kim. Since 2017, Martin and Tasya have been leading INSIDE FLOW YOGA workshops, and were recognized as the first Senior Teachers of INSIDE FLOW in Southeast Asia in 2019.

Tasya Dante

Founder | Hatha Yoga Trainer

Hi there! My name is Tasya Dante and I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor. I have always been passionate about yoga and its ability to bring balance and harmony to the body, mind, and spirit.

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and have completed extensive training to become a certified instructor. I believe that yoga is for everyone and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment in my classes.

In my classes, you can expect a focus on alignment and breath as we move through a variety of postures. My goal is to help my students find their inner strength and peace through the practice of yoga.

I am excited to share my love of yoga with you and support you on your journey towards personal growth and wellness.

In my classes, you can expect a focus on fluid movement and breath as we flow through a variety of postures. My goal is to help my students find their inner strength and peace through the practice of Inside Flow Yoga.
