Hello, I’m Shanti Dewi, and I am here to guide you on your yoga journey.
I believe that health is a conscious lifestyle choice that is essential for longevity, happiness, and inner peace. With this philosophy in mind, I’m passionate about helping my students achieve both physical vitality and mental clarity through the transformative practice of yoga.

As a certified Yoga Instructor with 3 years of teaching experience, my mission is to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive space for students of all levels. I am committed to guiding individuals on a path to true inner peace and overall well-being, both on and off the mat.

What I Offer in My Classes:

  1. Inside Flow Yoga:
    Inside Flow is an evolution of Vinyasa Yoga that combines the flow of breath and movement with the rhythm of music. It’s an expressive practice where your body sings the song of the breath, creating a dynamic and soulful experience that nurtures both body and mind.

  2. Vinyasa-Hatha Yoga:
    A powerful blend of Hatha and Vinyasa styles. This class offers the best of both worlds: a continuous flow of movements synchronized with breath, paired with intentional pauses to deepen poses and cultivate strength and flexibility. The rhythmic breathing throughout the practice will help boost your energy, health, and focus.

  3. Gentle Yoga for Mobility & Flexibility (Beginner-Friendly):
    This gentler style of Hatha Yoga focuses on mobility, flexibility, and relaxation. The pace is slower, and the postures are less intense, making it ideal for beginners or anyone seeking a more accessible practice. Gentle Yoga includes extended time for meditation, breath work, and relaxation, offering a holistic approach to well-being.

  • 500 RYT Certified Yoga Instructor – Trained at Martasya Yoga Academy (2020-2024), ensuring my teachings are rooted in solid knowledge and experience.
