TRAINER
Thres Eny
Qi Gong Instructor
Let me introduce myself, I am Eny, a practitioner and instructor of qigong, yin yoga & yoga nidra.
My yoga practice journey began 9 years ago (2015) when I was looking for a sports activity that was suitable for my age at that time. From Hatta Yoga, Wheel Yoga, Forest Yoga, Yin Yoga to Inside Flow classes I followed. Each has its own uniqueness that helps me get to know my body and myself. By practicing yoga I began to discover what my body needs, when my body is healthy or when it is uncomfortable.
As time went by I was interested in joining the 200-hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training from Yin Yoga World in 2021. Yin Yoga teaches how our bodies are smart to do self-healing and relaxation by holding poses for a few minutes. Then I continued the 30-hour Yoga Nidra facilitator training from Yin Ward Yoga in the same year. The body & mind can be brought to the depths of relaxation on the threshold between consciousness and sleep.
During the Covid 2021 period, I was introduced to a Qigong class from Qigong with Mul and felt great benefits after practicing Qigong which I routinely do almost every day until now. Qigong helps me align my body, breath and soul. I can do silent and moving meditation at the same time while practicing Qigong, where the breath and mind are directed to the goal, that’s where the energy (Qi) will flow. Then I deepened Qigong by attending the Five Elements Workshop and 50-hour Fundamental Qigong Teacher Training from Qigong with Mul.
In 2022 – 2023 I took training to become a Brain Gym and Touch for Health 1 & 2 facilitator. I learned how body movements will connect with brain activity and balance.
From the various things I did while becoming a practitioner or while deepening my knowledge of both yoga and qigong, it brought me to a deeper understanding and self-recognition, not only for physical health but also mental health.
I hold private and group classes:
1. Qigong
2. Yin Yoga
3. Yoga Nidra
4. Yoga for Kids
5. Self-healing retreat “be my friend” which is a combination of the knowledge I have learned.
