This program is designed to help you become a registered yoga teacher (200 & 500 RYT) with American Yoga Alliance Standard and share your passion for yoga with others.
Martasya Yoga Academy is an international qualified Yoga Academy based on Hatha & Vinyasa curriculum registered in Yoga Alliance RYS 200 & RYS 300 program. We divide our program into;
1. 220 hours Hatha Vinyasa Yoga called STHIRA YOGA,
2. 80 hours Elective program INSIDE FLOW Vinyasa Yoga.

Senior lead teachers Martin Elianto and Tasya Dante guide you through an amazing program introduces students to the modern of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Somatic Yoga with various styles and movements. These are all respected and well-established styles of Yoga that have been practiced for centuries.
Hatha Yoga is a physical practice that involves the use of postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. It is a gentle and slow-paced style of Yoga that is suitable for all levels of experience.
Vinyasa is a more physically demanding style of Yoga that involves a set sequence of postures that are performed in a flowing manner. It is known for its focus on physical strength and stamina.
Props Yoga is a style of Yoga that emphasizes precise alignment and the use of props, such as blocks, straps, chair, wall ropes, wheel, hammock and sticks to assist students in achieving proper form in each posture. It is a highly therapeutic form of Yoga that is suitable for people of all ages and levels of ability.

Sthira Yoga Alignment is the basic foundation of Hatha Vinyasa Yoga style that is developed by Martasya Yoga Academy.
The Sthira Yoga is a modification of modern Hatha Yoga that combining gentle somatic movements, yin, hatha and vinyasa yoga that taking principle of safety yoga practice using the upgraded bio mechanical movements and deep understanding of yoga anatomy.
In this modul students also will learn the yoga anatomy, philosophy, basic principle of teaching yoga online and offline with good communication skills.

This 300-hour program is designed for graduates of a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training who want to deepen their teaching skills, develop a sophisticated understanding of movement, and learn to teach safe, effective, and adaptable yoga for diverse populations.
The curriculum emphasizes evidence-informed teaching, functional anatomy, biomechanical principles, alignment-based practice, intelligent use of props, and advanced sequencing. An elective “Inside Flow” module is offered as an additional specialization.
